For every project we take on, we follow a simple three-step process to create a custom solution that meets your needs.

Discover
Our process begins with an initial design consultation at no cost to you. We offer custom solutions because no two projects, rooms or venues are the same. Our aim is to hear the vision for your project and take time to understand the budgetary, logistical, and time constraints of your project. We want to be sure that we don’t waste time proposing designs that won’t be feasible within your constraints. We complete this phase when we deliver you an initial estimate.
Design
The design phase is where we begin to do the hard work of pre-engineering (3D renderings, CAD drawings, equipment lists, etc.) in order to deliver a detailed proposal. Depending on the complexity of the job, we may have follow up meetings or conversations to ensure every need is going to be met.

Deliver
Once you have signed the proposal, we move into the final phase of scheduling your project, procuring the necessary equipment and installing your systems. We are not done with our job until you are satisfied with your systems and have received training on how to use them.
Our support doesn’t end when we walk out the door. We are always there to continue to provide technical support as your system ages or need further upgrades. We believe in building longterm partnerships with the clients we serve.

Be Hope Church
Renovation
In this project, our team began meeting with their leadership well in advance of these changes in order to understand the vision for their project. We listened carefully to fully comprehend their desired timeline, budget, and dreams for their auditorium. We worked with them to develop and execute a plan for a complete system upgrade that involved 167 LED wall panels, new projectors and screens, an army of brand new moving head lighting fixtures, new trussing to hang it all on, sound boards, two brand new line arrays and all the cabling and programming to make it all work.

The Challenge
Every system needs routine maintenance in order to continue to function properly. But even the highest quality systems will need to be replaced over time. Be Hope Church had been maintaining their AVL systems for years and using them quite effectively to accomplish their vision. But with a lot of systems beginning to cost more to maintain than they thought it was worth, they began to explore what it might look like to overhaul their system completely.
We worked hard to transform their space to be a place that is captivating to walk into and where their volunteers love to serve.
The Results
Bob Hope Auditorium
Renovation
For their new auditorium, we designed a completely new audio system, including an L-Acoustics speaker system, audio console, floor monitors, and wireless microphones. We also completely redesigned their lighting system and put in place the infrastructure to hang all new lighting fixtures and installed the lighting console to run their productions. Our team installed acoustic panels, the stage curtains, a projector and motorized projector screen and all of the power infrastructure to turn their entire system on with one push of a button.

The Challenge
The theater department at Xenia High School was in need of a complete overhaul of their main auditorium. Piece-by-piece system upgrades can be helpful to maintain a system over time, but every once in a while, it makes more sense to do a full system upgrade all at once.
Bob Hope Auditorium at Xenia High School is now an amazing venue for all the different types of plays and programs that the school puts on and has become a place that truly showcases the incredible talent of their student performers.

Cedarville University
Track and Field
Renovation
In this project, our team removed the old system and installed a brand new set of JBL speakers in its place. We paired these speakers with a few new power amps housed in organized equipment racks to keep everything clean and user-friendly.
The Process
The Challenge
Athletics are a big part of college life. It is difficult to imagine a track meet or soccer game without the buzz of pump up music or the shouts of an excited announcer echoing throughout the stadium. All of that is made possible by a quality PA system. In 2022, Cedarville University was in need of replacing their speaker system for their outdoor sports facility. Their old system had taken a beating from the elements and had deteriorated over time to a point where it was time for a change.
The University is more than happy with the end result that allows them to call soccer games and track meets with clarity over the roar of the Cedarville crowd.
The Results
University Baptist Church
New Build
UBC partnered with Ambient Productions to orchestrate a comprehensive AVL outfitting of UBC’s new worship center. We worked closely with UBC’s architects throughout the design process and coordinated our installation schedule with both UBC’s general contractor and church leadership to maximize efficiency for both teams. After the installation was complete, we trained their volunteers and staff on all their new systems ensuring they would be ready to welcome all of their new members with an experience parishioners would never forget.

The Challenge
From 2018 to 2020, University Baptist Church (UBC) experienced remarkable growth, with membership and weekly attendance increasing by over 250%. As the congregation expanded, the need for adequate space became a primary focus. During the spring of 2022, University Baptist Church broke ground for the construction of a new 19,000-square-foot worship center. UBC was committed to using technology to better connect with people and to spread the gospel.
The new AVL system has allowed UBC to improve the quality of their audio and video broadcasts, and to reach more people with their message. Ambient continues to stay connected with UBC in order to provide routine system maintenance and further training on their systems.

City of Springfield
Renovation
Our team installed two large LED video walls in place of their old projection screens in order to accomplish the brightness that they desired.
The Process
The Challenge
The city of Springfield wanted to upgrade a few of the screens for their meeting rooms. They wanted a solution that would be bright enough to be clearly seen when competing with the ambient light pouring into their conference room from the floor-to-ceiling window on one end of the room as well as the ambient lighting in the room.
The difference between the projector screens and video walls was night and day. They no longer have to worry about dim screens for any of their presentations.

All Church
New Build
During the initial planning phase, All Church decided to utilize Ambient Productions to design, engineer and install all of their AV systems throughout the facility. We outfitted a seven-hundred seat auditorium that looked and sounded incredible both in the room and online. We engineered solutions for multiple kid’s theaters that needed to be equipped with AV. We provided solutions for distributed audio and video throughout the lobby, offices, restrooms and hallways around the facility.

The Challenge
All Church had the problem that every church would love to have: rapidly outgrowing their current facility. Their weekend services were consistently bursting at the seams and so they determined that it was time for a move. They purchased some land in Northern Cincinnati and began the planning process of building a new facility that could meet the needs of their people.
All Church is an amazing example of the value of bringing in an AVL company in the early phases of a new building project. We were able to plan out a system for them that met every single one of their needs and save them time, money and a lot of headaches because we were involved in the design from day one. Their opening services went off without a hitch and we continue to provide ongoing support and training for their volunteers.

Arbogast Performing Arts Center
New Build
From start to finish, our team orchestrated a comprehensive design and implementation of the AVL systems for the project. We began by partnering with architects and engineers in the design process and walked through the entire design and build process with the leadership team. We provided custom solutions to meet all of their AVL needs and commissioned their systems for their opening in 2021.
The Process
The Challenge
In 2019, the founders of the APAC had a dream to bring a performing arts center to Troy, OH. They believed that this venue would bring new opportunities for education, creative expression, economic impact, and community involvement.
The board of directors for the APAC could not be more pleased with the results of the project. Their opening season was a huge success. Their goals of community pride, educational opportunities, and economic growth are all being met as they continue to bring new performances into their space and allow others in the community to utilize the APAC for all sorts of community functions.
